• Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories if applicable.
• You should return the item to us within 15 days of receipt.
• It is suggested that you insure your package and send using a method that will provide a tracking number.

We do not refund the shipping charges collected on your order unless the product is defective or a result of our error.

We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error or deemed to be a defective product.

No refunds on custom design products unless an error on our part.

Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Custom 14K jewelry that is returned will incur a 15% re-stocking fee
